Holly Elissa Bruno, MA, JD is an educator, best-selling author, international keynote speaker, ground-breaking radio host, “recovering” attorney and team builder.  An alumna of Harvard University’s Institute for Educational Management, she teaches leadership courses for The McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership and Wheelock College.

She served as Assistant Attorney General for the state of Maine and Assistant Dean at the University of Maine School of Law. While working as Associate Professor and Dean of Faculty at the University of Maine-Augusta, she was selected “Outstanding Professor”.

She is the author of 5 books on early childhood leadership, emotional intelligence and managing legal risks. Her books include What You Need to Lead an Early Childhood Program: Emotional Intelligence in Practice, Managing Legal Risks in Early Childhood Programs, Learning from the Bumps in the Road, and Leading on Purpose. She is the host of Heart to Heart Conversations on Leadership: Your Guide to Making a Difference on  BAMRadioNetwork.com.
