The Resource Center offers Maryland State Department of Education approved Core of Knowledge (COK) training in child development, curriculum, community, special needs, professionalism and health, safety and nutrition to help child care professionals meet start up and continuing training needs for license renewal. Specialty classes such as the 45 Hour Infant and Toddler course, 45 Hour Administrative Course, and Infant and Toddler Assessment are available on a rotating basis. Workshops are offered in the evenings and on Saturdays throughout the year.
