Home Visiting Services

Home Visiting Services

Being a parent can be overwhelming in the best of circumstances. After all, babies don’t come with an instruction manual.

Through our home visiting services, we’re supporting positive parent-child interaction, healthy childhood development, and nurturing your whole family’s well-being.

At Child Resource Connect, we offer two programs: one that supports new moms and caregivers from pregnancy to post-partum and another that focuses on long-term support services for children up to the age of three. Discover our programs below and apply for your free benefits.

In the event of inclement weather: CRC relies on Prince George's County Public Schools' (PGCPS) inclement weather policy to determine delayed openings, early closure, and full closure due to inclement weather.

Color codes are issued by PGCPS, available at pgcps.org and any local news site listing inclement weather delays and closings:

  • Code Red/Yellow: CRC offices are closed, and ALL staff are on leave.
  • Code Green: Staff are expected to work virtually (Offices are closed, and staff are not in the field) and follow regular work hours unless adjusted by program needs.
  • Code Orange/Blue (Delayed Opening): Staff are expected to begin work at 10am.
