Mental Health Matters
Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMHC) pairs mental health consultants with early childhood professionals to build their capacity to nurture social and emotional development in infants and young children, reduce challenging behaviors, improve teachers’ confidence and knowledge, reduce preschool suspensions and expulsions, and reduce racial disparities in teacher-child conflict.

Project WIN (Wise Intervention Now)
Through Project WIN, we’re able to address the social and emotional needs of children from 0-5 who are enrolled in family child care, childcare centers or informal childcare settings throughout Prince George’s and Anne Arundel counties.
Our program provides free consultation to:
Project Win Services are FREE and include:
- Telephone consultations for child care professionals
- Site visits by project staff conducting observation
- Program assessments and recommendations
- Referral of children to community services if needed
- Workshops for parents and child care professionals
- Technical assistance services as needed
