The Office of the County Executive and Child Resource Connect partner annually to host Greatness Grows Here: An Early Childhood Conference for Early Childhood Education Professionals. Our goal is to support caregivers’ efforts to create healthy and nurturing environments for children by increasing the understanding of child development and providing resources and tools. In addition, early childhood educators will focus on improving the quality of care for all children by focusing on curriculum, instructional materials, and professionalism.
