Lenore was born and raised in Annapolis, MD and has one son who is a Special Education Teacher with Anne Arundel County Public Schools.
Lenore has over 15 years of experience working with families with children birth to five years old, with a strong focus on Child Development, Parenting, and supporting access to quality Child Care. Lenore joined Child Resource Connect (CRC) in March 2021 as a Family Resource Specialist and now serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator with Infant and Early Mental Health Support Services (IECMHSS) program.
Before joining CRC, Lenore was the Lead Teacher in the Child Care Center at the Annapolis Family Support Center, where she empowered families to become self-sufficient through personal achievement, education and positive parenting. Lenore’s best piece of advice is, “When life deals you lemons, make lemonade.” As she is encouraged daily to find a positive outlook even in challenging circumstances.
In the event of inclement weather: CRC relies on Prince George's County Public Schools' (PGCPS) inclement weather policy to determine delayed openings, early closure, and full closure due to inclement weather.
Color codes are issued by PGCPS, available at pgcps.org and any local news site listing inclement weather delays and closings:
