Our Leadership
Jennifer Iverson (Executive Director)
Jennifer Iverson began her career in the field of early childhood education, with emphasis on early literacy. Before moving to Maryland, Jennifer taught Pre-K for the Santa Barbara School District in California and became a Master Teacher in the school system’s Child Development Program. Additionally, she was a child development teacher trainer, certified by the California Department of Education. Jennifer’s tenure at Prince George’s Child Resource Center began in 2001 and over the last twenty years, she served in a number of positions including program manager for a $1.6 federally-funded literacy project, Development Director and Deputy Director.
Nathalie Coward (Deputy Director)
Nathalie joined the Family Support Center in early 2021 as Director of the Adelphi/Langley Park Family Support Center and in June 2022, she was promoted to Deputy Director of Prince George’s Child Resource Center now doing business as Child Resource Connect. Prior to joining CRC, Nathalie had a career in early childhood education, with a special focus on the ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages) population. As a first-generation American, she drew upon her lived experience to relate to the immigrant community she served. After leaving the public school setting, Nathalie worked as a consultant where she coached and empowered women and youth as they navigated through painful life interruptions.
